Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful.

I admire those who are able to smile in danger, who can gather strength from pain, and through contemplation become courageous. The business of shrinking little minds, but those whose heart is strong, and whose conscience endorses their actions, will obey their values to death. Smiling is most important. If we can not smile, then there will be no happiness for the world. It’s not by going out for a nuclear missile test that we can bring peace. It’s with our willingness to smile, breathe and be happy that we can bring about peace. The only photo I have of my childhood is in a kindergarten picture of myself. I’ve got this expression on my face-not a smile, not a frown. I swear to you, this is the girl waking up in the morning and looking around her house and her life thinking,’ I can’t believe how God blessed me.’
people thought I didn’t take the sport seriously because I always laughed and had fun, but I loved my skiing, I loved my jumping, so I thought, ‘ Ok, why don’t I have a smile on my face when I’m doing something I really enjoy doing, ‘ and that’s how I was. Every day, I am receiving love. When I’m out and about, I love to smile, and if someone smiles back, which happens about half the time, I think it’s an act of kindness every few minutes of my day. My smile was my World Card. Smiling activates the same hormones you’re getting jogging with. It’s critical that you care for your lips and gums. I brush my teeth at night and in the morning, mixing brands of toothpaste. I also use a Water Pik to rub my gums and absorb food particles, in addition to flossing. Not everything will be handed over to you simply because you’re talented with a big smile. Sometimes you just have to get out and fire hours and hours and hours of jumpers.
That’s something I just didn’t get to know until years later, waking up early and treating it as a task if you’re serious about it. Get the freak in there and work, you know.
